Important Booking Information
Arrival & Availability
Arrival: Daily between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM or by arrangement.
Enquiries: Enquiries welcome all day by email or phone. You always speak directly to the owner.
Rooms: Minimum stay 2 nights
Apartments: Available weekly from weekend to weekend
Payment – Please note!
Payment can be made by bank transfer in advance or cash on arrival.
Important: Unfortunately we cannot accept debit or credit cards.
A deposit is required when booking a holiday apartment.
Additional Costs
- • Visitor's tax: 2,00 € per night per adult
- • Dogs: 10,00 € per night
- • Additional person: 23,00 € per night
- • Child up to 10 years: 15,00 € per night
- • Child over 10 years: 20,00 € per night
- • Children up to 3 years: free
Cancellation
Unfortunately, free cancellation is not possible. If a trip cannot be made, the full cost must still be paid.
We are too small to bear this risk for our guests. Guests would need to cover this risk through private travel cancellation insurance, which is available at a low cost.
However, we make every effort to find replacement bookings. In that case, payment is naturally not required.

Directions
By car:
A96 Munich-Lindau, exit Inning am Ammersee. From there approximately 8 km to Herrsching. Free parking on site.
By S-Bahn:
S8 from Munich Central Station to Herrsching (final stop). Journey time approximately 45 minutes to Marienplatz/city centre. We are a 10-minute walk from the station.
The S8 also goes directly to Munich Airport – perfect for guests without a car!
